With 7 years Procurement and Contract experience at Rolls-Royce, Rosie had accountability for c £150m annual spend, delivering >10% cost reduction year on year.
Specialising in Indirect Services and Logistics, Rosie was responsible for the full Procurement process from development of initial tenders, supplier evaluation and sourcing through to implementation and on-going contract performance and renewal.
Alongside the work Rosie does for VBS, Rosie ensures that her procurement skill-set is up to date by also working as a Procurement Project Manager; supporting manufacturing SMEs develop sustainable supply chains.
Clive Bridge
CDir, FIoD, FCIPD
A Chartered Director, Clive has a wealth of Board experience across Midlands based Manufacturing and Financial Services businesses.
Most of his career has been in the Motor Industry, most notably at Toyota where he was Board Director with responsibilities including HR, Finance and Indirect Procurement.
As Chief Operating Officer at Wesleyan, a Financial Services Mutual, he had P&L responsibility for a variety of Group companies.
As well as a Director of VBS, he is a Mentor and Lecturer on the Nottingham Business School
MBA programme.
